Since the introduction of just eat place the place is under pressure. 40 minute waits for food. Security guards subject to.abuse and the staff age average is 18 and under. Not their fault, they try hard but senior management need to look at demand and skill mix to.ensure they can deliver a better service. The quality of food has dropped immensely. Shame. It was always a good one to visit.

Ordered via Uber. Nearly late for work waiting for delivery to arrive due to 'delays'. When it did arrive everything, and I mean everything, in the order left a lot to be desired. All food had to be warmed back through as it was freezing cold. The coffee was cold, the juice was flat and the ice creams seemed to have vanished almost completely from the tubs given how little there actually was!!! Get a KFC instead, never had a problem there!

Honestly don?t know how this place still operates. Can?t even put cheese on a plain cheeseburger. No cheese means it just a burger. Happens every time. Maybe it?s a really difficult process to make a plain cheeseburger.

Waited over 6 mins for my order, not busy! ordered a meal & mozarella dippers but got a cheeseburger instead!! Not a smile or a thank you from any the 4 staff floating around

ordered 40 nuggets on delivery and they didnt give me them, i know their drive thru was bad but messing up a delivery order is just beyond unacceptable

Order my food and paid at the till, 15 minutes go by when I realised my number was not on the board, I went and asked after waiting 5 minutes at the counter for a employee she said it?s getting bagged just now, another 5 minutes go by nothing changed I went over again and asked a different employee she said I did not pay I showed her my receipt which she that?s not a receipt and was very adamant I did not pay, a minute goes by and she?s still arguing my boyfriend had to step in and say I did pay we eventually got it sorted but it was not a good experience

Generally really busy, which combined with the poor car park layout results in traffic snarling up in the retail estate. The food quality is pretty mediocre by McDonalds standards, and although some staff are helpful and friendly, this is very much the exception not the norm sadly. Update following the refurb, service speed has now decreased significantly. Walk ins are deprioritised over Uber eats and drive through orders. Honestly would have been as fast cooking my own breakfast this morning.

Absolutely shocking customer service, the manager looked at me as if I was stupid when questioning an order. I don?t believe it?s age as I know lots of helpful kind teenagers. But obv making mangers out of younger people does not always work. To young to inexperienced and no life experience. Won?t be back!

Food was hot and fresh. Quite slow service, due to being very busy, seating was limited and also quite noisy.

Ordered food on just eat and wrong order was delivered. All the food is wrong and bag was opened so food was also cold. No body ever answers the phone either.
