I went here 02/09/2025 around 2:30pm to pick up items I bought on line. One woman on check out while others standing around. I was told to queue for click and collect. The woman that served me was lovely. Then after getting my parcel I looked around the shop. The shop has so much. Really lovely stuff.Great displays of clothes for kids for Halloween. Shop was excellent.I bought lots. Maybe staff standing around should serve the click and collect customers. So we don?t have to queue twice.

I've been coming to the Matalan in Wishaw for years, and it's a solid, reliable staple on the local retail scene. Located in the Caledonian Retail Park with plenty of free parking, it's a convenient stop whether you're doing a big shop or just popping in for a browse.

Very limited stock of formal wear. Unless you are needing extra long or short or really large waist sizes you won't have much choice

No customer service, can't find anyone to help you in full , store inexperienced who don't know about products, messy tables with Stoke, just not a very nice atmosphere

Pretty poor choice of party clothes, loads of gaudy coloured dresses but nothing decent, only wanted a nice sparkly top. Very disappointing

Great selection of clothes, git some Halloween costumes as well as there is a claires accessory there. Clothes seem good quality and good prices

They have a good variety of Christmas gifts on sale here, it was very nice, there is also a good choice of clothes for all occasions at the store from outdoor wear to casual, night attire and they are also selling nice Christmas jumpers, the only thing I find disappointing is the amount of card only self checkout tills, the queue for the cash till gets very busy quickly with only one staff member serving you.

Plenty of parking,the shop is big enough for a wheelchair or a walker between the clothing racks. Large selection of clothes and home items also Christmas items on sale now.
