Well i went into the pharmacy 5 weeks ago to join & a girl took all my details.
She said it will take just over a week,here we are 5 weeks later when i got a text to say my prescription was ready but not so.
I was told they have no details of me on their system,so i checked at my usual pharmacy & behold my prescriptions are still there.
Well what a total waste of my time,so i won`t bother again with it.

In the couple of months since I've started using here I've never had to wait,had help with advice and Lisa was really helpful with a specific issue recently,as was the pharmacist that day.

Thanks to Lisa for helping me get important pain relief tablets before the easter holidays for my partner who recently had a c section. Went out her way to call and chase up her prescription, Thanks again.

Staff are very helpful, although waiting times are above average. This may be due to being short staffed? Typically have to wait about 25 mins for collection which isn't acceptable. The elderly pharmacist is brilliant though, always friendly and willing to help me.

Quickest most accommodating pharmacy in Wishaw would not go anywhere else for my prescription.

Had to wait 15 mins to get served. Even then have me wrong item. When went to change took them 30 mins. Last time I'll be in this chemist

Past few months been awful. No chemist so closing whenever they want. Making up times available to suit themselves. It?s the only local chemist open after 6pm. It makes a difference for ppl who have had to wait all day for GP to leave a script out. Could do better imo

The staff here are exceptional. The problems they face daily are GPs not sending the right prescriptions and the staff get abuse like it's their fault. It is not. GPs need to step up. Covid made them lazy. The staff here will go out of their way to help you.
