Always found Jewsons to be excellent. Brilliant. Really try to help as much as they can. Have mainly dealt with Jim and Ian today as well as delivery driver. Thanks again for all your help. They even managed to get me a delivery for the next day.

Been going here for years without any problem but now there is a new manager and a new system and it's a shambles be prepared to sit and wait a lengthy time in a que to be loaded and if you don't like it the attitude is don't come back

disappointed, called yesterday asked for a delivery next day , not a problem.told will call back for payment. No phone call received, called back twice the last call was just before their closing time advised will get a call tomorrow.I called them back before 10 am as I am guessing no payment no delivery,now told the can't deliver today as to busy, no concerns re the people I have lined up to do the work the following day .I have used this branch for a few years as a private individual , I have been let down before but things happen, In an industry that supplies goods to companies including private individuals you would think work sharper and not to OVER PROMISE.
