Went it today to get some trainers for my three year old. The staff were so unhelpful ! All standing chatting and annoyed I disturbed them to ask for sizes. Was a really strange experience, like they didn?t want me to find what I needed. Wont bother with this shop again.

Wow, what a fantastic store manager. He took extra effort to get one item, which is nowhere available in the whole south of Scotland. This is called the best customer service. This man is a big asset to any company. Would love to visit again. Thank you
