I will not be shopping in this store again, we spent £500 on 20 rolls of wallpaper where we only needed 18, we were told there was a 56cm pattern on the hall paper, the guy told us we dont do cash refunds it's a credit not, but because we bought 20 rolls @ £25 each for livingroom and hall he said he will make an acceptance and give us a cash refund if needed. We returned today with 2 unopened rolls and he refused cash refund said he never told us he would give cash.Hes just lost a lot off business as I will be telling friends and family to avoid his shop.

Took back a hose to wash your hair with...the attachment for the taps was massive, never seen them as big...was told they don't make smaller ones (bull) then was told I was returning it dirty ffs I opened the bag took the hose out then rebagged it (dirty my ass ).Was then told to go somewhere else while I was getting my money back.Will never put a foot back in the door...Ignorant think he knows everything asswipe...?????

I love this store. The boss always gives me a small discount because I always ask for a good deal. I'm always buying something that I like from his shop. I'm a good customer and he's knows this... ???
