Good wee shop , try and get in before 2pm things start to run out , staff ok , always fresh sausage rolls, steak bakes ect just the fridge food runs out early , but still always got something in it

Instead of offering an alternative solution, in a fully opened entrance and small front counter area, my husband on visiting the Wishaw store yesterday, with our grandson in his buggy and our small well behaved dog was embarrassed on being asked to leave by the counter assistant shouting him out for having a dog. There are no more than two steps between the counter and the pavement and he could have shouted his order in from the street. No wonder folks are shopping at the new bakers Baynes instead of Greggs.

Just the usual Greggs though not so easy to park near it as its bang on the main street at a busy junction. Car parks are within walking distance though.

Bought 2 apple pastries. Got them home & discovered one of them had a big bit missing. Looked like someone had had a couple of bites. Took them back. They said I?ll change that one. I told them to change both. Weren?t very happy. No apology. NOT VERY GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
