“the only complaint i had was i went in to get an appointment at specsaers wishaw i was given an appointment at 9 15 am 2 days later i got a text to remind me my appointment was due at 9 20 am when on the due date i arrived i was told i was early my appointment was not till 9 30am i did not like being told i was early when i arrived at 9 10 am for my appointment at 9 15 am.”
