Purchased 3 helium balloons on Friday afternoon and asked if they would be ok until Saturday, was advised yes they last up to 5 days.went to take same balloons to venue and noticed one had deflated. Drove to store was advised by store assistant that it could have been the way I stored them but it was only one balloon out off three. The assistant put more helium into balloon and handed back to me. Due to embarrassment I left with same balloon instead off insisting it to be replaced. The party is this evening and I hope the balloon survives for the celebration. This in my opinion is poor customer service and due to the fact I had to drive 20 minutes and find parking this leaves me irritated and stressed for celebration tonight .Chain retailer who specialise in celebration?s don?t specialise in customer service.

I like this shop and go in often to buy all my cards,gift bags etc when I ask for something they always say its just what's out no we don't have it then I go and find what I am looking for. They need to help people go show where the card is

A nice friendly store. Very nice quality merchandise, though some cards are poorer quality for the money. Always check your receipt, as I have been over charged by wrong pricing on two recent visits. This was resolved as soon as pointed out to staff who were very helpful.
