After a poor takeaway meal of small ribs, diced meat in a bland chow mein 2 months ago, we tried again tonight. The prawn toast was chunky, fresh & generous portion. Chicken chow mein as good as it used to be, beef & oyster sauce was very good, tasted authentic with fresh peppers & tangy sauce. Think its improved after the new name, thankfully
Will order again. Delivery was good and food was fresh & tastey.

Used this place on numerous occasions when it was simply called Dynasty. Recent change of ownership (and most importantly chef) and now called Oriental Dynasty. Tried it twice recently under new ownership and not a patch on what it was like. Really poor quality, tasteless and will not be ordering again. Real shame as it used to be our ?go to? for a take away.

Delivery driver brilliant when delivered. The food on the other hand was disgusting. Far too much salt in food, the noodles tasted like dirty and rice was like it was microwaved. £4 delivery an hour wait for that!

Have used this take away for over a year and it never disappoints. The food is excellent, service is fast and accurate. Highest praise.

Food tastes like it's been microwaved gave me a really bad stomach ache the curry sauce was chunky and way too thick the rice was mushy and I found 3 odd hairs inside. The chips tasted like they were a week old terrible food I had to throw the rest out and then spend 39 mins in the

Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Regular customers. Ordered a Chinese for my birthday. Order was wrong was shouted at down the phone so asked for a refund sent delivery driver to check the all the food that was returned.

Stay away from this place. Staff went nd overcharged me £10.10 for a single chow mien which are £8. The cheek to even make me wind up an extra 10p, ma kids were greeting nd wife ended up hitting me

I?m a returning customer here but my Order was wrong tried to simply resolve it on the phone the woman shouting down the phone to me being rude came to me just telling them to take the food back delivery driver came stood at the front door basically counting grains of rice to see if I?d touched anything never be going back again and short changed the refund.

After eating a long black hair and having to pull it out my mouth when no one in the house has black hair I called to request a refund. Was met with attitude and no apology ?put it back in the box we will collect it? finding this hard to comprehend, putting an already plated dish back into the box. with a hair put on top so they could inspect it?! I expressed dissatisfaction and was hung up on. Ruined all of our dinners I will be avoiding this place in the future.
