So visited the shop tonight! I understand this was the first day of trading and the staff were under alot of pressure to get the store up and running.! What an experience! from a staff member swearing in an aisle with alot of children running about to the lovely lady who served us with no hello, then launched our shopping down the packing area. Only deciding to talk when we were paying! I can't wait to go back! Think customer service needs addressed.??
