Truly tantalising cuisine, I experienced textures and flavours I couldn?t dream of. The staff kept telling me jokes and put on something like a stand-up routine, I nearly choked on my tea from howling laughing! Was a bit noisy on a Wednesday morning and I had to leave as I was getting a bit overstimulated.

Maureen and the staff are absolutely lovely, I'm in here most weeks for my lunch, very reasonably priced for such good quality food and service. Always a warm welcome and happy to serve you!

This cafe has a selection of hot and cold sandwiches and other lunch items. The breads and ingredients are all very fresh and homemade. Have carry out available for a picnic. Pleasant wait staff. Bistro style indoor dining. The best part is the most wonderful Empire cookies in the country. Great shortbread, but just the right frosting glaze and jam inside. They're also prettier than most empire cookies . Price was comparable for most non-chain sandwich shops
