We ate in the cafè last night, we had the haddock supper, ½&½ with haddock, and 2 kids meals, all of which was very good, although the portions are way to big, affa fine chips, my gripe is the price for a 200ml carton of kids apple juice, £2,50 absolute crazy price for a kids juice which is probably bought for less than 50p, surly for £8.25 it should include a kids juice.

This review is for take away - we did not eat at the location. Having said that, the service was very good, there was a great variety of fish available, and the resulting meals that we had were excellent. The first time we used Rockfish, we each had lemon sole plus small portion of chips and mushy peaswonderful! The second time, later in the week we had the langoustine tails as an indulgence - our last evening and they too were just as good. I should also comment about the chips - really good, absolutely no oil left on them and the mushy peas were delicious.

Just had haddock and chips this evening and they were so delicious. Phoned the order in and they waited till I arrived and it was packed for me. I'll definitely have them again. Highly, definitely recommend them. Brian.

Very disappointing. Ordered 3 suppers to be collected. Smoked haddock was the smallest piece I've ever seen. Weighed with batter 137g. Ordered white pudding supper but given haggis supper. Cod supper fish very thin and mostly batter. Definitely won't be back.

Went here on Wednesday ordered 2 x cod and chips and 1 curry sauce to take out for £24.
Nothing to write home about the cod was 2 small pieces in each box the young lady serving did mention that to the young lad her cooked it he said that was the last of the cod?
Why serve it then very dissapointed we will not be returning .

This is my most favourite fish and chip shop in the north east of Scotland. We came across it when we were camping at Portsoy a few miles along the coast. Today we took a drive from our home in Deeside to have supper at the seaside. Why? Because the food is great, the staff are friendly and it's the only chip shop that I know of that serves cod, which I prefer more than haddock which is the standard fish supper around these parts. Enjoy supper at the quaint little Whitehills and a stroll around the picturesque harbour. We will be back soon!!

Our 1st time at Rockfish since Scott took over and were absolutely delighted with his fish, chips, spicy haggis and curry sauce. Top Notch and will definitely go again. From the Lancashire fishing trip boys.

What a massive disappointment, this place used to be epic, light crispy batter, loverly chips, today?s was a greasy soggy mess, didn?t even include my mushy peas and took an age to make them. The curry sauce was yellow brown water.
What?s changed this used to be an excellent fish and chip shop?
