chicken boxes are the best thing you could possibly get from this place; the chicken:chip ration is perfecto and its even better if you get garlic mayo dip with it, fantastic, a love the west end

Fish supper is amazing. Very fresh and the chips were nice and fluffy. I've had a few suppers and all really nice but the fish is my favourite. Would recommend ?

Phone to collect was told 20 mins and then had to wait a further 10 to 15 which wasn?t a problem for home and the chicken was Baltic took it back and the older woman laughed and said it?s only food and the guy said don?t swear told him I never I told him I said it?s Baltic the woman continued to laugh and be cheeky so told them to refund the full order and not replaced it. Was a chicken tikka calzone the fact that the chicken was so cold it was as if it was just out the fridge. This is the chippy I would normally use but I won?t be returning

Always a great meal from the west end fryer. Special fish is excellent. Good size, great taste. Would never go anywhere else.
Delivery is also excellent. Always on time. Has never been late to Blackridge where I live. 10/10.

Love this place, most recent order was couple days ago and got the chicken munchie box for 1, rough price of just shy of £10. Comes with a can of juice included with lovely bits of chicken and chips! If your wanting a KFC in chippy form I highly recommend this! Brilliant menu to pick from and from what I?ve tried off their menu I?ve not had a bad dish to date

One of the best Calzone?s I?ve ever had.
Meat was lovely and juicy and bread was fresh and soft. Loads of fresh melted cheese and spiced onions inside were very tasty as well.
Chilli sauce was a lot different from others I?ve had but still very good.
Will definitely be back

West End Fryer Takeaway offers good fish, but the amount of batter is a bit too much. It might be a good idea to reduce the batter and serve larger fillets instead, which would improve the overall taste experience. As for the kebab, it seems like an odd choice in a place that specializes in fish. It's a bit like going to a tailor and asking them to fix your car's timing belt ? it's better to focus on one thing and do it well, rather than offering a variety of options that might not match the quality of the specialty.

DON?T order food from here if you want it quick! Phoned order at 720pm, told it would be under an hour, never happened, phoned at 850pm to be told the standard ?it had left the shop? (something they like to say often) phoned 20 minutes later only to be told they didn?t have our order!!!!!!!!! Said they would make the pizzas and get them out to us asap with a 20% discount! NO THANK YOU! Not the first time this happened. After being a regular customer for years, told them we will not be back!!!!!!!!

Haggis Supper + Sausage supper. The batter around both of them were hard and felt like they had been heated in a microwave which dried them out. The Haggis tasted peppery and of not much else. The chips were good if a bit dry until I put some syrup in them. Left me wanting for something else to eat.

Great food, probably the best take away I?ve ever had.
Fish is lovely crispy. Chips are very nice crispy ideal, probably the best dinner I?ve ever had, the salads that come with the kebabs are super nice as well.
