Hand my nails done there for the first time by Lorna. Had gel polish applied & very pleased with result. Test will be how long it lasts but certainly looks good

Been twice, totally unimpressed. Little portions, Tiny fish and soggy chips. Wee lad (6) took a normal portion this time as they were still hungry last time.

Was a disappointment today waited for a bit and people behind me got theirs before me even one who ordered very similar. There was plenty of fish coming but not getting made up and the main disappointment was seeing no real rotation in the oldest at the front it just got pushed back and as a result we ended up with really dry fish. The saving grace was the small haddock looked good better than the two standard ones im guessing this was what held ours up as it looked fresh.

First time trying Lows and after seeing the awards was looking forward to it. Was pretty disappointing really pale uncooked soggy chips and a small fish for a jumbo fish. Onion rings was spot on though. Phoned though the order at 5 and was ready at 6:20 maybe they are just too busy to control the quality.
