Me and my brothers go to Costa Westhill on the regular, staff are brilliant and I've never had an issue with my coffee or food.Customer service 10/10 . Looking forwards to it reopening !!!

Disappointed that coffee and breakfast roll were lukewarm. First time that?s happened in Costa. Service was good and quick but I?d have been willing to wait a few more minutes for hot food and drink!

Nice enough - venue, staff and service but I think they need to be more diligent clearing and cleaning the tables. In recent times I?ve been in lots of tables had dirty cutlery and plates still on them. And staff were chatting in the area behind the checkout. Not a good look!!

Love coming here for a coffee. Really nice staff who go out of their way to please. Prices of costa food though is getting hard to justify. Good job the staff are worth going back for :-

Staff are very cheerful and know their job.
Parking: Disabled spaces at front door.
Wheelchair accessibility: Very easy to use.
