From Timberbooks
Timberbooks, founded in 2007, sells second-hand, antiquarian and new books and book-related items.
In both 2021 and 2022, Timberbooks was selected as a Country Finalist for Independent Bookshop of the Year in the British Book Awards.
Our independent high street bookshop is located in a Grade B- listed former church and church hall in West Kilbride, Ayrshire, Scotland. Overton was purchased from the Church of Scotland in 2013 and parts of the property are currently under renovation.
New books can also be purchased from our online bookshop for delivery direct to your own address or that of a loved one.
