Recently contacted Garry to purchase a bike, unfortunately issues my end resulted in the purchase not being completed. Garry has been an absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish and refunded my deposit within 24hrs no questions asked. Would definitely recommend and use in the future?

Service at a level over and above. We had just crossed the Forth Bridge en route from John O' Groats when disaster struck and we accidentally trashed my bike. Arrived at Pedal Power early the next morning to be greeted with a can-do attitude that I didn't realise existed any more. Two hours later and we were on our way with a perfectly fettled new bike. These guys are awesome!

Pedal Power in West Calder were extremely helpful and fixed my bike when my rear Sram Force derailleur failed on me in the middle of a Lands End to John O?Groats charity ride.While I was on a spare bike, they replaced the derailleur in time for me to be riding it again the next day and go on to complete the ride on my bike. A HUGE thanks to small Paul for this - pic attached shows me making it to the top of the Glenshee on it??

Staff is very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. One of not many shops left where people know what they're doing and you will be helped. Bought amazing bike from them and got help with fixing my old one. Please support local shops everyone, we need them ??

Been around a few shops looking to purchase a new gravel bike. Went to Pedal Power in West Calder, so glad I went there as the service and advice is exceptional. After talking it over with Garry and Johnny we decided on the best option for myself.Had the bike fit done today with Sean who was great at explaining and advising. Still got the bike to pickup once it's ready, but I have no doubt that it will be exceptional.Fantastic experience from Garry, Jonny, and Sean. Thank you so much guys and I'm really looking forward to getting this bike.

I tracked down a 2023 Giant Propel in my size through the official Giant website to Pedal Power in Scotland. A phone call to the shop confirmed they would ship to NI and hold bike until I was able to get other details sorted. They built the bike and shipped it sooner than expected. I spoke with about 3 different staff members and each of them couldn?t have been more helpful. This is very reassuring when buying something as expensive online. The bike is excellent, and the service I got was excellent and undoubtably would be if I needed any further help.
