Visited last night for a family meal with my parents and 2 children. Very friendly and helpful staff. Food was delicious, full of flavour and good portion sizes. We booked last minute online and were well accommodated.

Absolutely outstanding! Going out for dinner tonight was a really big step for me, as I?ve never taken myself out for a meal before. Was nervous coming in, but immediately was put at ease with how welcoming and friendly the staff were and how warm the atmosphere was.
I ordered an absolute feast and was amazed with the food. The Aragosta (lobster bisque) was phenomenal, and my steak was cooked to absolute perfection.
Huge thank you to the chef(s) and to the front of house staff for making this a wonderful meal! I shall be back!

We enjoyed a birthday meal with the family at Salute. Fantastic service, delicious food, and great hospitality from all the staff. We will be recommending and definitely be back. It makes such a difference these days to go somewhere and receive such great service. 5????

The atmosphere here was lovely, the staff was so so kind. The food was amazing, the locals also gave glowing reviews and recommendations of the menu. This is such a great establishment, I would absolutely go here again.

Amazing place to eat!
Owner was so lovely and friendly!
Food was delicious, and well worth the price. The taste took me back to Rome.
Managed to save some space for dessert and it was delicious!

This review is my personal review based only on my vist on 31.5.25.
The food was excellent. The older gentleman (owner possibly) was very nice as was the lady Italian server (possible owner). The prices were on the higher side but everything is made from scratch so please be patient. Carpark at rear is small so best park in the roadway out front or a nearby side street. The only thing I felt negative was it seemed to have more of a pub noise. Having never been before I suppose I expected a quiet romantic Italian experience but what I got was the noisy family Italian experience. No bad thing but just so you know. Expect groups of lads drinking and laughing very loudly.

Staff delightful!! Ambience great! Starter very tasty. Mains not exciting, sadly. Breaded chicken with garlic sauce looked like a lump of saggy old skin. No sauce visible. Maybe soaked into the breadcrumbs?? Not appetising to look at...... pasta with king prawns was ok, but not something I wldnt cook at home.
