Mary running about thinking she owns the place as every time I walk in or waiting for my partner I have Mary staring at me and my partner aggressively which is very weird and not welcoming. I'll continue to walk in and get my shopping while smiling at the witch because she is a bam and can't intimidate me

Love the lentil soup from the bakery section. They do alot of hot food to go these days I love it .. only thing I will say negative is the staff r always talking to each other on the tills rather than focus on u as a customer.... Other then that no complaints...

There is no encouragement from manager for people to wear masks or follow one way system he just turns a blind eye he needs to grow a pair and act like someone in charge instead of grovelling to customers

Extremely rude and unpleasant experience with the management the way they treat there other colleges under them manager is very rude she is on a power trip that goes straight to her head . I am very disgusted with the way she stands outside the front or back off the shop smoking like a chimney in full view off customers and delivery workers she swears like a trooper looks and smells very unhygienic she is sending out a very bad image for scotmid co-op . Don't expect a friendly welcome unless you get the younger generation very nice people they make up for the bad management and supevisers they really should get rid off her or retrain her on how to deal with the public you can see that she hates the job and i have never saw her smile or greet a customer and nobody appreciates the dirty looks
