“One of the best countryside shops up here and for a country/rural shop their prices are unbeatable. I got Tesco to reduce their prices on certain items as this shop was cheaper than Tesco!! The best part is, Tesco could not beat the prices they only managed to match some of them. This obv isn't for every item but I think the fact it was even true for 1 far less several is just amazing. Excellent fuel prices too.”

“A vast emporium of exotic delights. Well, maybe not quite that, but enough to keep the wolves at bay, with very friendly staff. Post office inside (closes at 1730), and fuel pumps (dating from the early Viking invasions) outside. Good source of locally brewed beer, too.”
