Ordered fish and chips ,plus a beetroot burger and chips ,the batter on the fish was as hard as a brick and the fish was as dry as the desert.if the other chip shop round the corner was open i would go there far better fish and chips.i will not be going back to this one avoid at all costs

Spectacularly bleh. Fish was tasteless with a hard-to-crack batter. Tartar sauce is not included and an add on of £3, kind of a ripoff as it was also tasteless. Chips could have used an extra minute in the fryer. Mushy peas were alright. All this for £19 which is only worthwhile if the food is actually good. This place... read full comment

August 2024. Great place! We had coffee and were entertained by the music of this young man. Quick stop before we returned to the boat. Nice, friendly people in this town.
