We stayed for 1 night, the food was expensive for mediocre meals, we retired for the night as the football was on in the bar. Someone thought it would be great fun to slam a door really hard x4 every 20mins or so. That finally stopped around 11.30pm, we fell asleep and at the back of 1am the flipping fire alarm went off. We jumped up started to get dressed and it was switched off. The only thing worth mentioning was a comfy bed. We left at the back of 6am the next morning, absolutely shattered. A drab, not worth £160 a night hotel, definitely not worth it.

Thoight the country was beyond this.The tall skinny 50+ barmen expressed his dislike for the engilish whilst pouring drinks for five english visitors. Total racism, couldn't walk out fast enough!

Hotel is tired and could do with an upgrade. Room was ok although could do with being refurbished, the saving grace was the view from our room

We stayed here for one night as a couple. The room had a great view overlooking the harbour. The bed was very clean and comfy. The decoration was a touch tired and could do with a refresh.
The continental breakfast was spot on for us.
I would definitely recommend staying here.

The location is great if you are looking to stay in Ullapool.
The couple that run the place go above and beyond to help you with anything they can. They cant be faulted at all.
The hotel itself is terrible, the rooms are old, uncared for and scruffy. The bathroom was the same. The hallways smell awful.
I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Fantastic wee hotel. Stayed for the 1 night. Were welcomed by a young friendly lad, who checked us in, then showed us right to the bedroom door. Cosy rooms with bath&shower.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Argyll Hotel. The staff were warm and welcoming, and the room was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was spotlessly clean and featured a generous-sized bath, perfect for relaxing. Free parking was conveniently available right outside the hotel, and the highlight was the stunning view of the bay from our room ? truly breathtaking.

Great location overlooking the bay. The rooms are spacious and clean. Have big windows to enjoy the view of the bay in the morning. Great location close to shops, Tesco, restaurants and bars.

Under renovation at the moment, met by very pleasant lad, who booked us in and served evening meal. The room was ok, views across Loch Broom amazing, we were aware of the gales blowing a few times. Hotel has a large car park and I hope once the renovations completed I?d go back and hope it does really well.
