My husband and I were in your shop in Uddingston today. 9/11/24. We were attended to by a very kind and helpful gentleman. His name was Jim. I cannot praise him highly enough for his assistance and patience with us as we were looking for 2 , 2 seater settees. And with Jim's help we eventually settled on the ones we wanted. The staff in the Uddingston store are hands down some of the nicest sales advisors we have come across. Every single one of them greeted us, chatted with my children, and made us feel really welcome. Extremely helpful with absolutely no hard sale. Ended up purchasing the wall art I had come in to view but will definitely be using to replace any of my furniture in the future as their showroom is stunning!

Go somewhere else with your cash after sales are atrocious very unhelpful furniture isn't sealed resulting on staining on coffee table.

My order was delivered late and it was broken. Pathetic service and when I asked for replacement they said it would take 5 more weeks to deliver it and I asked for a favour for free premium delivery but they refused and said i can cancel my order so I cancelled it. Very inconvenient.

Good selection of solid wood furniture. Note though that they always cycle the furniture through 3 prices, if you look in the price holder there is often the other prices the item will be sold at at some time. Speak nicely to staff and you can sometimes get the item you want at the best price even if it's not on offer. Also do a delivery, unpack and offer. While not cheap at £99 if you have an elderly relative and are ordering large items this service is a real plus.

Super friendly staff! Hugh was amazing and extremely helpful, he made my purchase hassle free and very pleasant. Fantastic experience! I highly recommend this store for its wonderful staff.

Do not buy the Hastings leather recliners!!!! Extremely poor quality. Leather bevels on the seat cushions after first use. Leather is not fitted properly but technicians claim that there is no manufacturer fault, advising it's just very poor quality. Customer service will not do anything about it.Now stuck with an embarrassing looking £3k suite. Going to have to try to sell or may have to end updonating it. Shocking

My Mum got a beautiful foot stool. Ivory colouur and for £300 approx l believe. Great quality and a couple of hundred quid less than some other place. Sales guy was a Hamilton man. Lovely guy in keeping with Hamilton. Seems he and my Mum were brought up in the same part of Hamilton. That pleased my Mum.

Beautiful furniture in the showroom,It's completely different when it is delivered to your home,Expensive damaged goods not just once or twice or even three times, but four times so cancelled the order, shop around for better service and definitely less expensive,Extremely disappointed customer
