Disgusting attitudes from old female staff and the younger lad.the young girl who was working aswell she needs to get as far away from them as possible.those two are vile.
I went in for a quick chicken bake,and upon it being served it was stone cold like it was straight out the fridge.i went back in and got a refund as all the chicken bakes were cold.i then said to them they need to tell us that they are not hot and customer expect these items to be hot.i then got told rather abruptly that?s not a hot plate,and they are not a libirty to sell them hot as they don?t advertise this.well maybe you should advertise that your savory pastry?s from the oven are stored u see a light.
So that then got my back up and was open about the fact that this needs to be advertised.i walked out telling the vile twosome that the shop and service is joke,and the old woman was shouting things after me it then took my wife to turn and tell the woman and the lad to drop the situation and the old woman proceeded to rant away and egg me on.and say my attitude is wrong.well may my attitude was a little wrong but it only became like that when the vile twosome decided to start the whole situation with rudeness.
Disgusting,vile,and never be back in that Greggs ever.
