I love Dunelm generally and thought I would take my mum for a trip. Didn't manage to get one of the few disabled bays and this made it challenging to get her wheelchair in and out of the car (these things happen). The layout of the store made browsing impossible for a wheelchair user. Whilst the aisles should be plenty wide enough, we found ourselves continually having to move the array of products that are stored on the floor meaning that we couldn't get through or didn't have enough of a turning circle. If I was rating purely on accessibility it would be one star. However, the staff were lovely. Friendly, and offered to carry items to the car for me when they could see they were going to be bundled on to mum!

This place is always busy but it's for all the right reasons, Excellent goods and reasonable prices. A great selection in every department. There's plenty of staff serving and they are always friendly. The cafe upstairs is a tab pricey for what you get but all in all it's a great shop.

Good selection of products. However it feels very frames with narrow isles between shelves.If you have been unable to find anything to purchase.It's a pain having to walk through the line of customers waiting to pay.As there is no other way to exit the store.

Couldn't get parked, so shopped elsewhere and tried again. A queue to get into car park but luckily got a space second time. Shop lovely and clean, but the item I wanted they didn't have in stock, but I could order online. We had lunch, and we had baked potatoes and cheese, which was nice.

Dunelm has a great range of household goods at affordable prices. There's also a café area on the first floor.
