I popped into this store during my lunch break to check out the Apple watches today. I stood at the area where these were for some time & no staff approached me to offer assistance. I then wandered around the store and got to the front where 2 staff were chatting. One said hello, said 'are you killing time' to which I replied that I was actually looking at the Apple watches & didn't know where to start & his reply was 'its a mindfield' instead of offering assistance or help to purchase. So I just left the store a bit deflated.

Zero stars it should be. Bought an integrated dishwasher and mid way through instillation realised the remaining instructions for refitting cabinet doors were for a different machine. Zero assistance from customer care. Told to take it out and take it back.

Went in to buy a washing machine, customer service non existent and frustrated with lack of staff knowledge, when asked a question staff just looked up website same as us and couldn't offer any additional information except for pushing the care and repair for a new washing machine. Very rude girl who was more in chewing gum than helping a customer. Will take my business elsewhere.

Poor staff attention, spent to much time standing about waiting for staff attention then when they try to help their product knowledge tends to be limited, I wanted to purchase a particular £1000 phone ended up buying online due to frustration at the outlet EK and Breahead..!!

Terrible customer service... I've always used curry's but no more I'm sick of the constant pain of phone calls department to another all day and still not getting anywhere disgraceful also sales staff pushing you to buy a product your not 100% sure on push push push sick of them

Know it alls ... that really don't know more than me as I've bought more tvs than the guy sold me .. he also started lying to get a sale luckily I have done all research on tvs I'm interested in and I know the answers before I ask ..I just testing to see if he was honest and truthful... he failed miserably..No honest sales person anywhere ..And if and when I buy a TV I'm not getting sold it by a sales guy its the one I was buying before he opened his gob
