Great local pub for a quiet pint and a bit of good crack. Lounge has pool tables and a good jukebox. Rooms are 5 star. Very clean and comfortable. John and Mary were very helpful and breakfast was brilliant.

Located in the center of everything you could dream of seeing in the north east of scotland. The rooms are beautiful and the owners are wonderful. It's above the local pub of the town and nothing could be more convenient than staying here. The rooms are recently refurbished and is amazing the carpets and bathrooms are lush.

Family of four visit to The Crown Inn. Mary, John and Steph looked after us and made us feel very welcome. Rooms were spotless and Brilliant Breakfast. Very good atmosphere in the bar. We would definitely return to this lovely Bed and Breakfast.

My Grandsons 21st..went there after a meal to play pool. Done up in a trendy way..spotless toilets and friendly staff. Music duke box was free. I recommend this for a drink and a chat. What it is like Friday or Saturday I cannot say.

Reluctant to sing The Crowns praises as more folk will go and maybe no room for me. Having said that the place is an absolute 'find'. The Owners are the most accommodating folks I have ever stayed with. The rooms are spotless and kitted out with everything you could possibly ask for (and more). Super comfy bed, hospitality tray that would shame many of the worlds finest hotels. We were working so important to get an early start with a good breakfast, we said 07.00 and a 'Wee Man' breakfast (ordered the night before). It was ready just after we sat down. You would need to be hungry to order the Full Scottish Breakfast as what we got was absolutly enough and delicious to boot. The bar was totally fine, nice and comfy and John a great host. Everything including the toilets immaculate. My only complaint was the bath towels are too big, it was nearly the size of the double bed, ha ha I'm normaly using something quarter its size. Of course I am joking but really thats the biggest bath towel I have ever seen. My work mate absolutly echoed these thoughts and wanted to the add the shower was the best he had been in.

This is a lovely place to stay in Turriff and the owners look after you really well. It is lovely also that they welcomed our little dog. There is a lovely little breakfast room and the food is cooked freshly for you. There is parking at the back of the pub and it is in the centre of Turriff and within walking distance of the shops and other pubs.

Bar and lounge decorated to a superb level, rooms spacious well decorated and spotlessly clean. Special note for the towels, massive fluffy and hot thanks to the towel rail. John and Mary both great craic, and the bar was well stocked with lots of gins and lots of whiskys. I'd definitely give this one a try.

So my stay here. It was good. My experience was mixed as the people there are friendly and great to get along with. The reception is a little hard to find. Round the corner from the pub are the rooms but a doorbell is to be rung to be checked in outside. So can be alittle difficult for new comers to the place to find. My problems lie within the room itself. More accurately the bathroom. On entering the room, I was pleasantly surprised by the size and how cosy it felt. I never used the TV once as it didn't support smart viewing. The room did come with a kettle, a selection of teas and coffees. Also a hair dryer. The room also had a mirrored wardrobe which was great but sadly the railing always got caught on some over lapping carpet. Now let's speak about the bathroom. The overall design is aesthetically pleasing. The bath itself was big and had a combined shower with it. While running baths, I could never get the water hotter than just warm so I recommend using the shower to help fill your bath if you want a decently hot bath. Then we come to the bain of this whole experience for me. The toilet. I am not sure why or if its a thing but the toilet itself was square. The toilet seat was square. Everytime I sat down, I felt like I was going to fall through. Unless you're of a heavier set, where you can get more coverage. This toilet ain't for you. I was practically squating everytime. Bonus my thigh muscles got a work out. Other than this my experience as a whole was a good one. They do serve breakfast in the morning which is beautifully cooked by the chef there. So in short. Great service, good room, bad designed bathroom. Thanks.

Very helpful owner. As a key worker it has been nightmarish finding beds for the night. Very clean, spacious, kitchen and all amenities available. Cannot recommend highly enough
