“Really lovely staff. The optician was efficient and made me feel like a valued customer. There was no pressure or expectation to buy from them. In this case, although only a minor adjustment, I had the frames replaced and was told I would have to wait a week for them but they came much sooner. I was called to arrange collection which went smoothly with a young man checking the fit and that I was happy with my glasses before leaving. This will now be my regular opticians.”
