I would highly recommend using Stonefields. The service they provided was impeccable. They dealt with the sale of our property while we live in Canada. James, the valuer, was so professional and provided a very accurate valuation. Carol-Anne organized all of the viewings to be done by a Stonefields representative. Her communication with us was exceptional. The service they provided made the process stress free and I would definitely use them again.

Having previously looked at properties through Stonefield as potential buyers. We headed straight to them when we decided to sell. We loved their manor, friendliness, welcoming and informative nature. I have used stonefield to both buy and sell with on many occasions. The service offered has always been second to none and they have always been very professional. My most recent sale was looked after by CarolAnne from the new Troon office and James.I was impressed by how communicative , professional and helpful they have been on all interactions. The level of service and attention to detail has impressed me yet again and i always have felt encouraged by the enthusiasm and willingness to help on all aspects of both purchases and sales. I have used other estate agents in the past but nothing even comes close to the service offered at stonefield. After contacting Stonefield about selling my flat they immediately set to work to get the property advertised and arranged for the Home Report to be done. The response was excellent resulting in a very quick offer over valuation which I accepted. I would highly recommend them and will definitely be using them again.
