I rent with Rentolease (3 yrs now) and over time, I've come to appreciate them more and more. I'm happy in my flat - they've been fast to fix the real emergencies (boiler issues, etc.) and have dragged their feet on others - nobody is perfect. But here's why I appreciate them: Currently other agencies in the area are requiring prospective tenants to pay a deposit simply to make an application on a vacant unit. This is illegal and exploitative. Rentolease never, ever made me do anything shady like this. I didn't appreciate it at the time, took their operating above board for granted, but I appreciate it now. Also, they have provided me with immediate service when I've needed to get things like statements of accounts and more than one set of spare keys, lol. They are a class outfit, and I'm grateful that they seem to actually care about my livelihood and that, as a tenant, is rare. I'd rent with them again and use them as a landlord too, if I ever have the opportunity.
