Generally I have a very positive experience in this store. I only go in for specific items and the staff are almost always exceptionally pleasant and polite. Today I went in for an item for my garden - I'd bought 4 garden trellis earlier in the week and they were so good I wanted to buy more. However there were none on display. As I was going out the shop I passed a sales assistant near the door with "Happy to help" on the back of her uniform shirt so I thought I would ask if the item I had come in to buy was possibly in stock waiting to be put out. Well I think the member of staff should change the logo on the back of her shirt because far from being happy to help she looked positively annoyed at me actually asking her something. She tried to fob me off but eventually got another member of staff to check whether the item was in stock. I wish I'd never bothered asking the young woman - an unpleasant experience. Staff shouldn't wear logos indicating they are there to help customers if they are obviously unwilling to do so.
