I have to totally disagree with the one star review left.l am a regular customer in this shop and the place is always clean and tidy and very well organised and the staff and volunteers are so helpful and friendly and one of the reasons I pop in so often.Nothing is ever a bother for them.l understand health and safety is important and if its only volunteers certain things are not always possible .

Asked if we could try on a pair of shoes in the window .. the lady said she would have to find out The person she spoke to told her we would have to come back tomorrow! As we were only visiting for the day , this was not possible Working for CRUK myself , I am very disappointed in the service they failed to provide £12 lost ? at least it wasn?t gift aided !

Can I say ... the absolutely lovely woman in the till is not only beautiful looking, but an an absolute fabulous sales woman . She?s so helpful, so lovely and helpful !!! I think it?s an absolute pleasure going in there just to get her chat and kindness. She has made your shop amazing!!!??????????
