Used the service of the pharmacy on Saturday 22nd March. I can't praise the lovely Pharmacist enough. She was busy but took time to talk about my problem, more than the doctor did. She had a few people waiting to see her and apart from all this she has to make up prescriptions. All the staff are really friendly and professional.

Based on my experience the service in the pharmacy dept has declined alarmingly since the departure of Kerr .Now no emphasis on customer service.Massive waits ofton and little rapour with customers.This all in sharp contast with the other pharmacy in Temple Hill which offers an excellent service.

With their 'pharmacy first' scheme us scots can often get help and sometimes free medication for common ailments without having to wait for doctors appt and prescription.
While not always the quickest shopping experience due to the range of services they offer, I've always found the staff efficient and friendly and that's why I've taken time to give this 5 star review

Had an issue with a prescription and need not have worried because the amazing Erica took up the issue and dealt with it professionally. She resolved the matter to my great delight. She is a great ambassador for the company. Cannot recommend her service high enough.

I did not visit this store I parked outside and registered me as visiting shop was shut when I was outside lol but I know boots to be great for all medicine needs

Excellent shop, I wish it was abit bigger as they don't have alot of stock. The shop is always clean and tidy, and some of the staff are really nice and friendly and helpful.
