Used the service of the pharmacy on Saturday 22nd March. I can't praise the lovely Pharmacist enough. She was busy but took time to talk about my problem, more than the doctor did. Based on my experience the service in the pharmacy dept has declined alarmingly since the departure of Kerr .Now no emphasis on customer service.Massive waits ofton and little rapour with customers.This all in sharp contast with the other pharmacy in Temple Hill which offers an excellent service.

With their 'pharmacy first' scheme us scots can often get help and sometimes free medication for common ailments without having to wait for doctors appt and prescription.
