“Nice shop quality of produce is excellent. Co-op staff always appear content. Not just The Scottish CO-OP and they will pack your bag but find it difficult to place bag on flat surface to place items in. Think addition of screens removed this in design of checkout however as stated this is everywhere.”

“Had trouble with my card so had to go back to my car for another. Attendant very patient and started ip another till to serve other customers and avoided a queue. So I did not end up feeling embarrassed, good service.”
“This visit to Asda Tranent was for a quick nic-pouch purchase 2 min to closing time.
The lady (definitely was) was very cheerful even after doing a shift serving belters.
Can't say too much more for this trip, it was a successful trip.
