This is a wonderful family business. I felt valued as a customer and was provided with excellent service. The owners listen to what you need and then offer various options. This business was also competitively priced, we visited 3 companies but felt that A1 sheds gave the best price for a quality product. They explained clearly how and when delivery would happen and fitted exactly to our time scale requirements. I would highly recommend this company to others. Every question I had was answered ( I am new to shed buying!) Delivery happened exactly when it had been arranged for and the installers were highly professional. They arrived on time, asked what options we would prefer as the shed was erected (e.g which way would we like the door to open, etc) If looking to buy a shed look no further! Getting our (first) new garden shed from A1 Sheds was a totally positive experience. From first looking in on the show yard and shop to the installation, the service couldn't be faulted - very friendly, helpful and efficient. After having our lovely summerhouse delivered and installed on the 1st June, we were able to use it for all of 1 week at most. It has since sat with 4 buckets in it to catch rain water. Despite contacting A1 sheds immediately and filling in the requested online paperwork and sending photos to TGB sheds Scotland as advised they have failed to come and repair fault/replace roof felt or whatever is required. On contacting A1 sheds again, we were assured that someone would be in touch on either Friday past (17th) or today regarding a date for repair. Still nothing!! I ordered my shed on line from A1 sheds - everything went very smoothly and I was get up to date re the delivery etc. The shed is excellent and I am very pleased with it - and with the quality. I had a couple of questions and these were answered very quickly. I have used A1 Sheds loads of times mostly to buy my sheds. They are very helpful & friendly. Also prices are also very good, with free delivery & building of sheds. My only issue is how long delivery takes, but when it is delivered the guys are very thorough in their job & friendly.

We purchased the sloped 10m2 bbq hut from A1 sheds. Gerry was so helpful and professional throughout the whole process and kept us updated well, even with brexit/covid and snow. Our bbq hut arrived and was a great project for me and my partner to put together. We now love spending time out there with our little girl and more recently with family and friends. It's so cosy and fun to have a space outside that can make you feel miles away but with the novelty of been so close to our home. Highly recommend the sloped bbq hut for comfort and would also recommend A1 sheds to any one who would like to do something similar in their garden.Service: Custom shed design

New shed installed this week. Really happy with the price and the quality. It was delivered and installed directly by the manufacturers, not A1 sheds. This wasn't an issue and all went smoothly. Very pleased with my purchase.

Having looked all over Edinburgh for a place to get a shed I found A1 sheds were very professional and friendly in helping me choose the best shed for me. They informed that there would be about a 12 week delay given the increased demand for shed which was totally understandable and I was happy to wait.However before I could receive delivery of my shed my landscaper left the country without notice. This meant that I would have had no place to put my new shed. As such I emailed A1 sheds who were very understanding and responded quickly. They allowed me to cancel my order as it had not gone into production yet and offered me a full refund on my deposit which was very kind of them. In times like these given the situation with covid, things are more complex and may not always work out perfectly, I am grateful for A1 sheds for understanding this.Services: Custom shed design
