I went to Emma having (not for the first time) ended up with a colour that I wasn?t planning ? no disrespect to any previous hairdressers, I?m just really not good at explaining what I want and I don?t know hairdressing lingo.Somehow though, Emma knew what I meant from the get go (I think she must have read my mind), I?d sent her a photo and she explained that it would take a few sessions to get my hair to how I wanted, while reassuring me that we?d definitely get there! In actual fact it took only 3 or 4 appointments which was faster than I?d thought.Not only that but I was introduced to the RAW range which truly makes a difference to my hair, I?d been buying shop products and wondering why my hair was straw like, RAW makes a huge difference and importantly is not tested on animals, and the bottles are also refillable.I?m so glad I went to Avenue 23 after having seen them finalised in the NEHBA Awards (which they have since won), absolutely recommend Emma for colour correction and colouring in general ? her enthusiasm shines as much as your hair will, and you really know that she cares about delivering exactly what you want. The salon experience is fantastic including friendliness of staff, time management, and being extremely well looked after on the coffee, diet coke AND biscuits front (pre pandemic) ? such a pleasant spend of time and investment. Fantastic Salon, clean bright and airy with lovely staff. Loads of different services from hair ups and colouring to beauty treatments too. Highly recommend as I've had a wide range of treatments from them.
