Very poor customer service today - wife asked to swap a Xmas present which was too small - got tags etc all still on - server point blank refused- I pointed out their notice which said they may agree to exchange without receipt- the guy just said ?well it says may agree - we are not!? We have bought lots from Trespass but I can assure them Regatta and Mountain Warehouse will be getting our trade now !

This store is situated in a small retail department and has ample free parking. Excellent range of all outdoor clothing and accessories.Helpful friendly staff and good prices to suit everyone's budget.
