Great store quality in every department.
The Cafe however is almost like a works canteen. No atmosphere, silly ordering process and extremely slow. Meal was OK but not a destination venue.

Great fish and chips. Well presented with tartar sauce. Choice of salad or peas. Made fresh, not frozen chips. Bleeper alerts when food is ready. Cakes scones and desserts choice substantial. Various seating choices and outdoor too for furry friends.

Excellent breakfast, good choice of items, reasonably priced, selection of used books priced around 50p to browse while waiting on the breakfast arriving.

Pretty mediocre large-shop café. Nothing special, not particularly good value, not especially good coffee (dispensed from an automatic machine).
You're not missing anything if you never go.
On the plus side, it's clean, spacious, and the staff are friendly.
