Went to Sterling to have a look for furniture for our lounge, fantastic selection and great offers, finished up buying a 3 seater sofa and a 2-5 seater sofa, wonderful friendly service, no hard sell, Michael Neish dealt with us through the selection and sales process and was brilliant

Ordered & paid for a nest of tables 5th March advised could collect following week, no communication, had to call up. Went to collect 26th. Items damaged and require to be taken back. No customer service available an a Sunday!!! It would have been useful to have a pre-recorded message stating so. Disappointed as 2 hour round trip required for replacement.

An amazing range of furniture to look at and try out. Something for everyone.A miserable day out for men but you'll not be alone. There will be dozens of men wandering around with the same desperate look on their faces. There's a decent cafe there too so you'll not go hungry or thirsty while you try to find a way out.

A bit on the big side, some very nice pieces of furniture and the staff were pleasant and polite- no pestering, the cafe looked very nice but we had eaten at lunch time so gave it a miss.

Bought a large assembled arbour from Tillicoultry branch today. Manager, Mark, arranged the sale and delivery same day with great manner and efficiency. Thanks also to Paul and his guys for delivery and getting this through a tight channel, over a fence and onto patio. Nothing too much trouble and so glad I bought locally from a family owned company rather than online. Thanks guys. All first class from start to finish.

Unfortunately travelled quite a distance this morning to find that the furniture store area was, for some reason, closed until boxing day. Other areas of the store were open, however as we were specifically looking to purchase furniture this made the trip a complete waste of time. I had checked the website before we travelled and there was nothing to say the furniture area would be closed.

Actually went on Saturday to take our granddaughter to see Santa and although the Alloa round table guys do a fantastic job I was really disappointed with the amount of snow and ice still covering most of the carpark and the pathways. Considering a lot of the customers are elderly there really should be something in place to clear these area. It was treacherous underfoot and I just hope no one has a bad fall .....as we were leaving they had guys out chipping away at it on the footpaths! It's a lovely place to shop and although a bit high end I much prefer it when it's ice and snow free!

Some beautiful things on sale from food to suites, garden furniture to pots and pans. To top it off they're starting to get ready for Christmas and would imagine in a few weeks it will all be lit up so taking the kids will be a treat as well as the cakes and cookies in the cafe. While there I noticed one or two items that would make lovely presents for family and friends. Ah well know I'll be there in a couple of weeks!

4.5? for the products they offer, especially furniture.If You want quality items that you will enjoy for a longer time than the cheap stuff then You're at the correct destination. Big choice of Furniture, Home-Electronics, Lighting (Paggazzi) Household items, some Fashion, Gardening products as well worth a look.3.0? for the Café/Restaurant (was NOT impressed at all), Staff needs to be trained better how to handle Food items and hopefully not fall asleep in the process.There's lots of parking available but I did not see any Electric Car Charger capability.

Great selection of furniture in all materials allowing comparisons to meet our needs. Sales staff helpful though not pushy. Gsve us mots of information which enabled us to make an informed decision.
