Great location for Kelpies 5k run at the weekend! Staff are very polite , friendly and helpful. Bedding and bed are very clean, comfortable, and of good quality.
Rooms: Spacious rooms with bath and powerful shower, plenty of tea and coffee, hairdryer.

Room cleaning was disappointing, the floor was dirty, the walls were dusty, the bathroom had various stains everywhere and the toilet was badly cleaned.
Staff is professional without being overly friendly and the breakfast was unsurprisingly great.
The fact that it's near a motorway and a gas station means that it's pretty noisy, but it's however quite handy.

Travel to Scotland every month for work and this is the only place I will stay at rooms are nice and clean and the staff if very friendly restaurant next door serves the best food ?

Mixed experience, noisy hotel, the toilets and bathtub were not clean when arrived, dirt on the floor of the room, dysfunctional hairdryer.
But friendly staff, efficient maid, perfect breakfast, very good bed.

We holidayed around Scotland for our July summer holiday and stayed in 9 different accommodations, this came in at number 7 on our list but only because it was not overly memorable out of so many accommodations?nothing bad.
I do recall a very friendly reception team, two ladies I think that did the Premier Inn family proud, they were friendly, chatty and informative. Parking was easy and free. The room was the same old, a tight squeeze since our little men became slouchy teenage boys.
Breakfast was a nice start to the day.
This hotel was picked for location purposes, to visit The Kelpies during the day and evening and The Falkirk Wheel - both are worth a visit and this hotel is well positioned for them.

Receptionist at the premier inn Falkirk North was excellent room was clean but the normal bed used in premier inns was not there the headboard was a good 300 mm wider than the bed meaning the bed was only a standar double. We changed to this premier because we had a email from Falkirk Central where we were originally booked saying the Restaurant was closed indefinitely. The Bar / Restaurant at this premier had no draught beer due to having a problem with the fast system I found it strange as the drinks list had no prices on any of the draft beers which makes me think this will soon be another Bar/Restaurant closing. Feel sorry for all the staff who will soon be loosing there jobs. I think they still intend to serve breakfast so proberbley get the breakfast staff to clean the rooms. Not happy.

Amazing: cheap and the best bed i slept in in all of Scotland! Also the Meal deal is soooo good and great value!
