I am still waiting after 4 months to have the job they started finishing off. I paid him before the job was finished and he keeps fobbing me off. Don't trust this body shop they will take your money and run.

I rented the van from Malcolms of Caithness. It was a very quick & easy experience. I had to take in my driving licence & 2 other forms of ID. I just took my mortgage letter, letter from solicitor & passport, so that I had another form of photo ID. All I had to do was fill the van up with diesel before I returned it. There was a £100 deposit which got returned to me once I returned the van. To hire it cost £80 for 24hrs. Highly recommend
