“I left a negative review but people need to support their local businesses, even when they might not deserve it. If it weren't for that fact, I wouldn't go there again because the treatment I received from a member of staff there was awful. Use your local shops because, if you don't, they will disappear but my advice to the shop is, don't take your customers for granted. It's your duty to ensure that an in person shopping experience is a positive one. I'll keep using your shop but only out of a sense of loyalty to the local marketplace as a whole.”
