Shocking technical support for their products. Difficult to locate a number for them, when you do find a number staff are rude, hostile and completely unhelpful if asking a technical query. Visited yesterday - the 1 July 19 - in order to pick up a WC pan connector. Unfortunately the solo member of staff was unhelpful & it appeared my custom was an inconvenience for her and was told immediately she didn't have the product I needed.
