Stay for 3 nights and had dinner 2 nightsRooms were comfortable and seemed clean enough.TV remote was a very dirty tho. Shower was good hot and powerful. Food was good and I really enjoyed it. Vegetarian menu could have been better tho with maybe something simple like Mac and cheese. Overall enjoyed staying there. I'd definitely stay again.

Stayed a night in one of the rooms and had my evening meal here too.The room was great, spotless, quiet, nicely furnished and a good size. Nice bathroom and some nice little touches in the room too. For the price it was very good.Dinner was lovely too, everything tasted fresh and there was a good choice.Everyone I encountered was very friendly and welcoming, would gladly stay and dine here again and would recommend to others.

Si vous avez l'occasion de venir y manger, allez-y, excellent, copieux, bon rapport qualité prix, et en plus très sympa. Nous y sommes venus 2 fois, c'était des personnes différentes mais toutes super sympa et agréables. Je recommande (et pourtant c'est pas mon style de donner des avis)

This is a very well looked after small village hotel. Rooms are well equipped and comfortable. Staff are friendly and helpful. Food is excellent and there is a wide range of options. The village of Tarland is well worth a visit as there are lots of things to see and do.Nearby activities: Hill walking and a mountain bike course are within walking distance. Golf course and historical monuments close by.

Great restaurant serving pub food with lots of veggie and vegan options. The staff was so friendly and warm. It's dog friendly in the bar. An excellent spot for lunch or dinner.
