No checkouts open in the afternoon...Staff member Gail was extremely Rude and abrupt when I asked if a checkout can be open I was told NO I need to go to self checkouts and scan it myself. The man at the self checkouts (I never got his name) was very polite and apologised explained they are short of staff. He scanned through my almost full trolley load for me. Managers need to Get more checkout staff!

(5/5/25) stopped in at the cafe for a breakfast with my partner, waited in que for roughly 15mins (the cue was roughly 6 couples) whilst 5 staff members faffed about laughing and joking amongst themselves, not interested in serving customers. Eventually one staff member came to serve customers in front of us and we overheard they'ed ran out of a few of the items for the cooked breakfast, at that point a few other customers left the cue including ourselves.
We decided to go to Morrison's at alness instead, much better service and a great breakfast.

Great customer service from Matthew on Saturday, an item that I was intentionally interested in was unfortunately out of stock but he gave me a great recommendation for a substitute that ended up being even better! The staff here are all so incredibly helpful and friendly, again Matthew in particular

On Monday had a mishap with my car in the car park. The staff were fantastic, so very very helpful and kind. They even brought a wheelchair out for me to sit on, I couldn't access my crutches in the car until breakdown truck arrived. It's always been a friendly, helpful, store to shop at. 101 % Customer service always.

Stopped here to buy Christmas chocolate on our way to see family. Couldn't find the tub we were after but a member of staff went to look in the warehouse and came back with them. Good service .

6pm (4/11/24). No one manning the check out!! 4 members of staff huddled in a corner a meeting perhaps?
Had to use self scan and I absolutely hate them. Can?t see me coming back in a hurry if no check outs open.

Delivery service a rip off, hardly ever turn up and then you have to wait 3-5 days for your cash to be returned ?

Not the best experience in shopping. Staff can be miserable in the morning. Store is rather dark and claustrophobic.

The shop is decent size for a few day shop but the woman at the checkout with the purple fringe had a bad attitude and didn?t speak at all not even how much my total was and then had the cheek to check my receipt after I had paid
