The meat is disappearing from the bakes.
Better to have rolls bacon, rolls square slice roll egg all day , the bakes are poor in quality all with a funny gloopy saucy gravy.
At least with rolls ,you can see what's in them.
Like everything all overpriced .
The tea and coffee is ok. Service is very good .
Although I don't see why I have to pay to sit in
Corporate monopolies.

Sat 8 Mar around 1300. The place was disgusting.
Floors covered in more than just cake crumbs. Tables dirty.
It's normally pretty neat and tidy. Really poor show today.

Freezing cold day been dealing with the roadworks all over Strathaven had to go to recycling twice took me 1.5 hrs nipped in for a bite to eat had to wait 4 min for fresh sausage rolls Gregor took pity gave me complimentary coffee made my day. 5* well done great customer service does still exist

Nothing on the staff here. My experience with them was pleasant enough. The company at large just is ridiculous. My interview went decent enough in my opinion to get what is essentially an entry low pay role. I was professional/punctual. Just to be told some hours later I didn't get it. Who is this company to think they're too good for me when it's the opposite that's the case. A greedy money hungry evil company trying to judge my worth. I don't think.
