Shut on a Saturday? That is really useful for people who work all day Monday through Friday.

Very busy last Friday, 2 tellers on, then a customer needed something explained in detail so 1 of tellers shut her position and took lady over to another desk! 1 teller left. I think someone from the back office should have taken lady to the other desk and teller should have remained.
