And there even had the medical equipment in needed (also forgot?) which I have never been able to obtain over the counter. Absolute Gems especially J. ?”

I ended up buying a couple of Christmas gifts while here.My visit was a tail of two half’s here tho, not so much in a bad way tho.The assistant who originally served me was fantastic. Really really helpful and it seamed nothing was too much.I spent £130 and my boots app said that if you spent £80 you get £15 of points so I expected that £15 point but only got £5 worth.I came back into the store and the manager was the person who served me then and I explained the above, but it seemed to take a while for her to understand that I could not load the £15 offer into my card and that it was not just an online offer.Don’t get me wrong from the start she said don’t worry I’ll give you the points. She was pleasant and happily gave me the points.Overall a good service”
